Ville Helenius is a highly accomplished strategic programme leader and business management expert with over two decades of experience spanning banking, asset and wealth management, energy transition, and mergers and acquisitions. Renowned for his ability to deliver large-scale transformation programmes, Ville Helenius has held senior positions at leading global institutions, including Deutsche Bank, ING, Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of America, and Deloitte, among others. He currently leads complex programme delivery initiatives through his role at Simbalite.
Education and Professional Qualifications

Ville Helenius holds a Master of Engineering in Electronic and Electronic Engineering from University College London. He further augmented his academic credentials with dual MBA degrees from London Business School and Columbia Graduate School of Business. Additionally, he earned a Master of Science in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford, graduating with Distinction. He is a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD).
